Sowmya Bhat of class VI, participated in Zonal level Karnataka Sangeet Competition conducted by Kannada and Samskrit Department. Sowmya got First prize in "BAL PRATIBHA" category.
B S Aparna Rao of class IX C has secured 79% (Second rank in the district) in Junior Grade Carnatic Music Exam. She has secured I class in Bharatnatyan Exam. An article is published in her name in GOKULAM, monthly magazine in January 2008 issue. She has won many prizes in Singing competitions at the district level.
